I received various amounts of helpful feedback on ways to improve my magazine before the final product that I am going to submit to Cambridge. For example, The articles that I have on my content page should also be put on my cover page as like a preview to my magazine, instead of just words to describe my magazine. It was also suggested that I visit a college dorm room and get a picture of that, but that isn't exactly what I am going for because then people might think my magazine is only for college students, when in fact it is not. I need to take more pictures too because I don't have one on the first page of my feature article, but that would improve it greatly.  For the font and the writing, I was told multiple times that I should change the colors of the writing because it was hard to see. If I didn't want to change the color, adding an outline around it could draw more attention to it, but I will probably just change the whole color scheme. Also, my topics on my conte...

 At the moment, I am buying all the materials for the DIY's in my magazine and figuring out what I am going to make with them. Before I start I have to make sure it is useful and something people would actually use in their room and not just what I like. I have to do all of thus before I start on my feature article. I already known the main idea of what i'm going to write about, I just need to expand and find the DIY's i'm going to do and how to do them in an easy affordable way for everyone. I have an interview set up with my sisters friend that is coming home from college this weekend. Some questions I am going to ask are, how easy is it to get access and hang up décor in your dorm? and, Is it pretty common for people to go all out with decor in the dorms, or do they usually not work very hard?

  I am able to take the majority if not all of the pictures on my own time, so I wouldn't say I have to schedule any photoshoots, but taking the pictures/making the projects is probably what I am going to complete first. I will be taking them all at whatever angle I feel is better for that specific picture. Most of them will probably be eye level. For all of my materials that I will need, they will most likely be at Michael's craft store, or Joann's fabrics. I will not be in any of the pictures. They will be either on the wall or on the floor. I will ask other people also for ideas or things that could make it better. As I stated in my first blog post, I am going to interview either a college student living in dorms, or a local interior designer, because I feel they are best to talk about my topic with. A college student would probably be better, considering most interior designers are very expensive and have an older style.
